Position: Digital Marketer
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer to build and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at growing our childcare center’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, and be able to tailor campaigns specifically to parents, caregivers, and families. The successful candidate will help us reach and engage with our target audience while driving inquiries and enrolment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted digital marketing strategies for our childcare centers.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts to ensure high visibility for our childcare services in search results.
- Create and run paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, targeting parents and families.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to build relationships with the community and increase engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Produce engaging content, including blogs, videos, and educational resources, to connect with parents and showcase the benefits of our childcare services.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, keeping parents and potential clients informed about services, events, and promotions.
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Stay up to date with trends in the childcare industry and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on services or education sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, family-friendly messaging.
- Ability to connect with and understand the needs of parents and caregivers.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt marketing strategies to a sensitive and nurturing industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
