Job Responsibilities:

Content Support & Creation

  • Assist in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
  • Develop engaging and informative content (written and visual) for various digital platforms, including social media and marketing materials.
  • Translate and adapt content between English and Chinese to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Research and identify trending topics and relevant content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal media teams to gather information, ensure brand consistency, and develop content that aligns with Tzu Chi’s mission and values.
  • Support live coverage of events and campaigns through photos, short videos, and captions.

Website & Digital Platforms Support

  • Assist in updating and maintaining the website, ensuring content accuracy and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Support the Search Engine Optimization plan to improve the visibility and search ranking of Tzu Chi’s official website.
  • Support campaigns and digital landing pages.
  • Create and manage monthly e-newsletters.

Campaign & Event Promotion

  • Support digital promotion for fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and events.
  • Assist in implementing campaign plans across digital channels.
  • Track and report digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, traffic) to support campaign improvement.

Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Develop targeted audience strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance data, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices.

Others

  • Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
  • Support documentation of digital workflows and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Minimum two years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) for content creation in English and Chinese.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Passion for NGO/VWO work and alignment with Tzu Chi’s mission.
