Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and enhance the preschool brand across digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
  • ⁠Create a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Manage and update the website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote the preschools.
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
  • ⁠Design and produce visual and written content (graphics, blogs, videos) to highlight key programs, events, and success stories from the schools.
  • Collaborate with the team to create newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • ⁠Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving online visibility.
  • Regularly check Google Reviews for each preschool location and respond to reviews in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, whether positive or negative.
  • Professionally address any negative reviews by offering solutions or inviting the reviewer to discuss the issue offline, ensuring that all feedback is acknowledged and handled appropriately.
  • ⁠Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
  • ⁠Provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fields.
  • Preferably 2-3 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and use data to improve programs and report on outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online learning platforms.
