Key Responsibilities

1. Dream, Design & Deliver Programs

  • Create and lead inspiring youth wellness programs that empower young people to grow, thrive, and shine.
  • Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing programs that hit timelines, budgets, and hearts.
  • Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with top-notch logistical and administrative support.
  • Collect feedback like a pro and turn insights into actions that make programs even better.
  • Manage funding applications and keep a sharp eye on financial performance, ensuring everything stays transparent and on track.
  • Build a library of project knowledge so every new initiative starts with a head start.

2. Connect, Collaborate & Cultivate Partnerships

  • Build meaningful connections with partners, stakeholders, and collaborators who share our mission to uplift youth.
  • Be the friendly face and passionate voice of the centre online and offline.
  • Work hand-in-hand with partners to create win-win collaborations that take our programs to new heights.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in social services, counseling, or related discipline
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Project management or in a similar position
  • Experience in working with youth and/or children
  • Singaporean and PR preferred
